Terms:

• $500 deposit on booking, balance on arrival
• $500 damage deposit, refunded on inspection after departure

Conditions:

Guests will need to

• provide their own linens (sheets and towels, etc.)
• leave the cottage neat and tidy
• remove all food and personal items

Sorry, out of respect for future renters and our neighbours, there is no smoking in the cottage and dogs are not allowed.

Rates:

• May & June: $1,500 per week
• July, August & September: $1,700 per week
• October: $1,500 per week
• May & October long weekends: $850
